So I finally got around to purchasing Pico-8 and I was looking through some info for it and a zine, where I found a few example games you could copy and put in. This was a very simple maze run. Once I had it working, I thought why not try adapting it and adding in some of my own stuff. In came animated sprties, background, opening title, sfx,music and a a difficulty system that the longer you play and do not die the more difficult it gets

Ok so the game isn't amazing, nor is it additive, but it was fun trying to get things added and working whilst also working out how to do things. So this is my first attempt at anything in Pico-8 and it paves the way for trying to build something for myself for the first time.

Below is the Pico-8 cartridge file, simple right click on the image and select save as, to keep your own copy of the game to play in Pico-8
