Pico-8
Pico-8 is a virtual machine and game engine, what this means is that its a program that allows you to play games/programs fr a system that never existed. This is an 8 Bit system, so think of this is a NES or a C64, that people can make games for. The great thing about Pico-8 is that it constrained in how much code and such you can put into your game For example you only have 16 colours at your disposal to use, a reduced sprite sheet and map size also means that you need to get creative. This is definitely not for large projects, but then that's the fun of Pico-8.
